I’m sitting here at my desk, in my tiny home office and I just yelled up at Harry: “What day is it? Are we scheduled for the kitchen this week?”
I could easily turn my chair to the left and look at my calendar, but if I did, I’d have to move the whole chair back which completely messes up my perfectly egernomic desk set up – so instead, I’m yelling up the stairs like an idiot. 😊
I do sometimes lose track of the days – I image everyone does sometimes, especially when they are under stress.
But lately I’ve been losing track of EVERYTHING! Did I go outside? Did I play with the dog? Did she get her CBD tincture? Did I get mine?
Stress is a killer and it will decrease your immune response, so instead of being stressed about what I did or didn’t do and mad at myself for not being able to track it week by week, I decided to create a single page, quick and easy LIFE TRACKER!
